Second, he knows how to train new employees. For example, first he intimidates them and tells them how awful the job is, after intimidated he hooks them and tells them how much money they will earn. Last, he knows how to let workers go out from adversity situation. This stated that personal control over environment and responsibility of The American values are important for living in America. However, Jason did not like his job at the beginning. The reason that he started this job is he needed money to pay his debts. Now he is a supervisor, and he wants to stay a while longer. He does not need to make calls anymore, the thing he needs to do is take care new people and get money.
In my opinion, I would not like this job because I think it is an awful job. Before becoming a supervisor, I would to work for telemarketing. I might need to make many phone calls and I would hear too many vile and venomous discourses, and I do not think I could overcome that. Even though this job has high wages, but do not think this is the way that I want to go.
